30 minute rolls :)

These rolls are soooo good! And they don’t take long at all to make! 1 c plus 2 T warm water1/3 c oil2 T yeast1/4 c sugar1 1/2 tsp salt1 egg3 1/2 c bread flour (all purpose will work, too) Heat oven to 400 degrees. Ok, I was skeptical at first! I mean seriously? Fried corn patties? Come on, who eats that?!? Well, apparently we do! These were super easy to make, and very yummy!! Mini Pancake Muffins

These little things are yummy 🙂  Unfortunately, I didn’t have an oven at the time, since my ignitor was broken, so I was using a toaster oven and didn’t have a small mini muffin pan.
